These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Vectivra iOS app and the vectivra.com web services (the "Service"), operated by Vectivra ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Service

You must be at least 17 years old to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your account credentials secure, and to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Estimates are informational

Vectivra generates AI-assisted repair estimates from the photos and vehicle information you provide. These estimates are informational only. They are not an offer to perform repairs, an insurance determination, an appraisal, or a guarantee of any repair price. Actual repair cost is determined by the shop performing the work and may differ. You are responsible for any decisions you make based on an estimate.

Your content

You retain ownership of the photos, documents, and vehicle information you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to store and process Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You represent that you have the right to upload Your Content and that it does not infringe the rights of others.

Acceptable use

• Do not upload content you do not have the right to share.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Do not use the Service to violate any law or the rights of others.
• Do not misrepresent estimates as official insurance or appraisal documents.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, models, design, and branding, is owned by us and our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or to the underlying technology beyond using the Service as intended.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of estimates. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on an estimate. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars, whichever is greater.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
